Hình minh hoạ khái niệm dung dịch

Dung dịch là hỗn hợp đồng nhất gồm chất tan phân tán đều ở cấp độ phân tử hoặc ion trong chất tan môi, có thành phần không đổi suốt thể tích.A solution is a homogeneous mixture in which a solute is dispersed evenly at the molecular or ionic level throughout a solvent, giving the same composition everywhere.

Intuition: Stir a spoonful of sugar into a glass of water: within seconds the sugar disappears, the water tastes equally sweet from top to bottom, and no one can point to where a sugar grain is.

A solution is a homogeneous mixture in which the solute is dispersed at the molecular or ionic level throughout the solvent, forming a single phase whose composition is identical at every point. Solutions can be solid, liquid, or gaseous.

Unlike suspensions and emulsions, a solution has no visible particle boundaries, so it cannot be separated by filtration or by letting it settle. Molar concentration is given by C=n/VC=n/V, where nn is the moles of solute and VV is the volume of the solution in liters.

Dissolving in water is not the same as separating into ions.

Sugar and ethanol remain neutral molecules, while KI dissociates into ions. A solution conducts electricity because of mobile ions, not simply because the solute dissolves easily.

Viết phương trình phân li kèm trạng thái (aq)(aq); với chất điện li mạnh, nêu sự phân li hoàn toàn tạo ion chuyển động tự do.

Explain a solution's electrical conductivity in terms of ions.

Write the dissociation equation with the (aq)(aq) state label, and for a strong electrolyte state that it dissociates completely into freely moving ions.
